Non-disclosure of Sensitive Information

Until a non-disclosure agreement in writing has been signed by an officer of Techneome, LLC, a client, and the company to be evaluated, communications are held as sensitive but not confidential under a legally binding agreement. Additionally, e-mail is a non-secure medium and should not be entrusted with sensitive information unless encrypted to the Techneome GPG key (0x5400565F).

Forward-looking Statements

Techneome, LLC evaluates scientific feasibility of intellectual property to aid in determining an accurate valuation. Investment performance depends upon many factors including management, amount of investment, marketing, and other factors not based upon the scientific merits. Techneome, LLC is not responsible for the financial performance of clients' investments.
